Who Can Apply
The Angels of Freedom Foundation helps kindergartens, schools, and communities to equip safe underground shelters so that the educational process can continue during air raid alerts.
We provide assistance only to public and municipal educational institutions.
We do not provide financial assistance to private individuals or families.
However, applications from private individuals are considered if they concern a kindergarten or school (for example, from parents who want to involve the Foundation in equipping the underground shelter at the institution where their children study).
We especially value applications from parent associations and teaching staff. The best results are achieved when the Foundation and the community work together in synergy.

Services We ProvidHow We Work After a Decision to Provide Assistance
1. Needs assessment
Together with the representatives of the institution, we clarify the list of works and priorities.
2. Budget preparation
The Foundation prepares a budget (or reviews the one provided), adjusts it if necessary, and approves it with you.If your institution already has a preliminary budget, this can significantly speed up the process. However, we will still review and adjust it if needed.
3. Official Documentation
We always sign a charitable assistance agreement with the educational institution or the executive authority that manages the institution.
4.Fundraising Campaign
The Foundation launches a fundraising campaign and conducts crowdfunding and fundraising activities to engage donors and partners.Note: Parent and teacher associations must be ready to participate in the campaign — sharing information, joining organizational activities, and supporting promotion of the fundraiser.
5. Selection of Contractors
Once funds are raised, the Foundation selects contractors and suppliers, ensuring the best balance of price and quality and verifying their reliability.
6. Execution of Works
Contractors carry out the work or deliver the necessary equipment. The Foundation coordinates the process and monitors quality.
7. Completion and Acceptance
Together with the administration of the institution, we verify the completion of works or delivery of equipment and sign tripartite completion certificates.
8. Reporting and Publicity
We prepare a photo report and a public update about the completed stage/project, expressing gratitude to partners and donors.
