This document is a public offer of the Charitable Organization "International Charity Fund 'Angels of Freedom'" (hereinafter – the Fund, "we", "us", "our") and contains the terms of use of the website and the provision of charitable donations.Acceptance of (consent to) this offer is considered to be your making of a charitable donation through the Website or other payment instruments of the Fund, which confirms your full agreement with all provisions of this document.

Our mission: We are a non-profit charitable organization that helps equip shelters in schools and kindergartens of Ukraine to make them safe and suitable for small children.

If you do not agree with all provisions, you are prohibited from using the Services and must immediately stop using them.

1. OUR SERVICES
We conduct long-term fundraising to finance projects for the renovation and equipping of shelters in children’s educational institutions in Ukraine. Projects are selected and financed based on received requests from educational institutions and in coordination with local education authorities. The scope of assistance for each site and stage may differ depending on the current needs and priorities of the institution. Priorities are determined by our governing bodies.By making a donation (transferring funds) through any available channel on our Website, you confirm and agree to the following:All donations are non-refundable.Since we work on several projects in parallel, your donation may be directed to support any of them within our activities.All funds collected for a specific project may be reallocated to other projects if the initial project has reached its goal, been closed, postponed, or for other reasons.Information provided in the Services is not intended for distribution or use by any person in countries or jurisdictions where it would be contrary to law or require additional registration. Those who access the Services from other regions do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

1.1. TERMS OF ACCEPTANCE OF CHARITABLE DONATIONS
Charitable donations made through the Website or other Fund channels are non-refundable and cannot be returned.Fundraising continues until the required amount is reached or the project is closed. Approximate fundraising timelines are indicated in the description of a specific project on the Website.If the project is not implemented or the amount collected exceeds the required amount, the remaining funds will be used for other statutory purposes of the Fund, in particular for other projects for the renovation and equipping of children’s shelters.By making a charitable donation, the Donor confirms that they have read these terms and agrees to the use of funds in accordance with the statutory activities of the Fund.The Donor and other personal data subjects voluntarily confirm their full legal capacity, awareness, and consent to the processing and protection of personal data in accordance with the procedure and conditions defined by the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 2297 of 01.06.2020.


2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Our intellectual property:We own all intellectual property rights to our Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website design, audio, video, texts, photographs, and graphics (collectively – the "Content"), as well as trademarks, service marks, and logos (collectively – the "Marks").Our Content and Marks are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws worldwide.You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any violation of these rights is material and will result in immediate termination of access.

3. USER REPRESENTATIONS
By using the Services, you confirm that:

5. USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS
The Services may provide opportunities to create and post content (texts, photos, videos, etc.). By posting content, you guarantee that:● you have all necessary rights;● your content is not illegal, offensive, discriminatory, or infringing on the rights of others;● your content does not contain materials promoting violence or violating the rights of minors.

6. REFUNDS POLICY
All transactions are final, and no refunds are provided.

7. LICENSE FOR USER-PROVIDED CONTENT
You retain ownership of any materials (texts, photos, videos, etc.) you create and submit through our Website. By submitting such content, you grant the Fund a free, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use it within the scope of the Fund’s statutory activities. By sending suggestions or feedback, you agree that the Fund may use them without paying you compensation. We are interested in resolving any disagreements amicably.If a dispute arises between you and the Fund, the parties agree to first hold negotiations to reach a mutual decision.If the dispute is not resolved within 30 calendar days, it shall be considered in court in accordance with the laws of Ukraine at the Fund’s location.
15. CORRECTIONS
Information on the Website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.We reserve the right to correct such errors or update information without prior notice.

16. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
